Privacy Policy

The short version: TodoArchi collects nothing. Your tasks are stored only on your device, the extension makes zero network requests, and we have no servers, analytics, or accounts.

What data TodoArchi stores

TodoArchi stores the tasks you create (titles, due dates, priorities, categories, completion status) and your preferences (such as theme). This data is saved using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API and never leaves your device.

What TodoArchi does NOT do

No data is transmitted to us or to any third party — the extension makes no network requests.
No analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting.
No cookies, fingerprinting, or advertising identifiers.
No access to your browsing history, open tabs, or page content.
No accounts, sign-ins, or email collection.

Permissions

TodoArchi requests a single permission: storage, used solely to save your tasks and settings locally in your browser.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can remove individual tasks in the app, or remove all data instantly by uninstalling the extension (Chrome deletes the extension's local storage on uninstall).

Children's privacy

TodoArchi does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes (for example, if an optional sync feature is added), the change will be described in the extension's changelog and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. The default will always remain local-first and private.
